1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tap4ticket ("tap4ticket", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tap4ticket website located at tap4ticket.cam and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, crash games, and related features.

tap4ticket is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeted at and designed for players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and across the country. All content on the platform is presented in the English language.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on tap4ticket, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tap4ticket strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system).
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by tap4ticket for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tap4ticket employee or contractor.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each User may register one Account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, tap4ticket reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

In order to process a withdrawal, you must complete tap4ticket's KYC verification process. The following documents are typically required:

• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (front and back where applicable)
• Proof of Address — A utility bill, bank statement, or telco invoice dated within the last 3 months, showing your full name and current residential address
• Selfie with ID — A clear photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face in good lighting
• Payment Method Verification — A screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, bank account screenshot)

tap4ticket aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. You will be notified by email or in-app message upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tap4ticket will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You should immediately notify tap4ticket's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

tap4ticket accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or in the MYR-equivalent of the deposited cryptocurrency at the time of transaction.

tap4ticket does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tap4ticket accepts no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties — including payment methods belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account and registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 unless otherwise stated. tap4ticket aims to process most withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets within 10 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours.

tap4ticket reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Where a withdrawal request is under investigation, processing may be suspended until the investigation is concluded.

Funds held as Bonus Credit are not withdrawable until the applicable Turnover Requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw real-money funds while an active bonus is in progress may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records on tap4ticket are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed deposit. tap4ticket is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tap4ticket offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to a minimum Turnover Requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. The Turnover Requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
2. Bonuses are issued in the form of Bonus Credit and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
3. tap4ticket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect a bonus that a Player has already started wagering through.
4. Each Player is entitled to claim a given bonus only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
5. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
6. tap4ticket reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings from an Account where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained through abuse, fraud, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Betting Rules

tap4ticket offers sports betting across a range of competitions including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the AFF Cup, Piala Malaysia, World Cup qualifying rounds, Piala Asia, and other international football and sports events. Additional markets include UFC, tennis, basketball, and other sports as updated from time to time.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the tap4ticket system. A bet confirmation reference number will be generated upon successful placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In-play bets are subject to the odds and markets available at the moment of placement.
• tap4ticket reserves the right to void bets where a market error, data feed error, or system error has resulted in obviously incorrect odds being offered.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market as displayed on the Platform. tap4ticket reserves the right to restrict the maximum bet amount available to individual accounts at its reasonable discretion.
• Minimum bet amounts are as displayed on the Platform and may vary by sport, market, and bet type.

7.2 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are operated under the rules displayed within each respective game environment. In the event of a game disconnect, the Player's last confirmed action will be treated as their final instruction for that round. tap4ticket will not be held responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tap4ticket Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets specifically to exploit promotional offers or to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through coordinated wagering across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports market.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform without express written consent from tap4ticket.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting loopholes to claim bonuses to which you are not entitled.
• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using tap4ticket for any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime as defined by applicable law.
• Providing False Information: Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tap4ticket Platform — including but not limited to the tap4ticket brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, code, and other materials — is the intellectual property of tap4ticket or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of tap4ticket.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tap4ticket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

tap4ticket makes no representations or warranties as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or technical failures may temporarily affect access to Services.

tap4ticket shall not be responsible for any losses arising from: (a) errors in data feeds or odds resulting from third-party data providers; (b) connectivity issues, including Player-side internet outages; (c) payment processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions or e-wallet providers; or (d) force majeure events outside tap4ticket's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tap4ticket's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gambling

tap4ticket is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We require all players to be at least 21 years of age and we actively support players in managing their gambling activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend actively using the Platform per session.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net results.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Requests for self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12. Suspension & Termination

tap4ticket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Actual or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• A request by the Account holder via the self-exclusion tool
• Any other circumstance where tap4ticket determines, acting reasonably, that continued account access poses a risk to tap4ticket or other players

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance in the Account (net of any forfeited bonus credit) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tap4ticket support at support@tap4ticket.cam. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tap4ticket reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tap4ticket will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify affected Users via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which tap4ticket holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless tap4ticket and the relevant Player agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, the Platform's recorded data and transaction logs shall be treated as the authoritative record. Players who believe an error has occurred should contact tap4ticket's support team in the first instance, providing relevant bet reference numbers and supporting information.
